Maïté Blanchette Vézina
Maïté Blanchette Vézina is a business lawyer. She served as regional director of Centraide Bas-Saint-Laurent and as mayor of Sainte-Luce. Elected MNA for Rimouski in 2022, she served as minister of natural resources and forests and minister responsible for Bas-Saint-Laurent and Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine. After sitting as an independent, she joined the Conservative Party of Québec. She was elected MNA for La Peltrie on October 5, 2026.
